Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver across India where service is available. Orders are normally delivered in approximately 4–8 days, depending on destination, PIN code and courier service.
Free delivery is available on orders above ₹599. Delivery charges, when applicable, are shown before the order is placed.
Returns, Cancellation & Refunds
Because Jayvi Foods products are food items, returns are generally not accepted after delivery unless the product is damaged, incorrect or has a genuine quality/packing issue.
If there is a problem with an order, please contact Jayvi Foods as soon as possible through WhatsApp with the order number and details of the issue. We will review the case and arrange the appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.
An order may be cancelled before it is processed for dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Privacy
Jayvi Foods uses customer information such as name, mobile number and delivery address only for purposes such as processing orders, delivery, customer support and order communication.
We do not ask customers to upload photos or videos as product reviews. Product reviews are limited to text and rating.
Payment information is handled through the payment method selected at checkout. Customers should never share passwords, OTPs or banking credentials with Jayvi Foods staff.
